About Epic Remodeling and Restoration

Tim Jennings, President

Tim has a little over 2 decades of experience in the construction and restoration industry. With those skill-sets, Epic is based on a very solid foundation. “I love knowing that our company works as a team to provide every aspect needed for the client in today’s competitive market. Our continued research and education of current trends and developments in the remodeling and restoration industry has allowed us to be voted #1 in Colorado.” Tim is married with twin daughters. He also has two yellow labs that love the water. His passion outside of family and operating the business is boating and hydro foiling.

David Zwingelberg, Office Manager

David has been with Epic Remodeling and Restoration since the Spring of 2006. He has a Bachelors of Science with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of South Dakota. David also retains a realtor’s license which he uses to help Epic purchase investment properties from time to time. He is married with 2 children and 3 grandkids. He enjoys improving his nostalgic home on the weekends, golfing and going to just about any professional sporting events.

Pete Jennings, Project Manager

Pete has been with Epic since its inception. He holds an Associates of Science with additional credit hours towards an Architectural Engineering Degree. Pete has a passion for construction and remodeling. “Before starting my career in construction, I never realized how much appreciation there was in creating something from scratch and delivering a finely tuned, excellent space for the customer.” Pete is also certified as a technician in fire and water restoration. He is married with 1 daughter and 1 cat named Cooper. He enjoys camping, sporting events and relaxing when possible.

Robert Boorman, The Carpenter

Robert has been with Epic for 8 years. His craftsman skills and experience are put to use on every project. A cabinet builder by trade, Robert has incredible talent with woodworking and interior components of our remodels. He is married with 2 children and 2 grandkids. His hobbies include gardening, model train collecting and cooking with his barbeque smoker.

Steve Burgess, Insurance Specialist

Former Licensed Property and Casualty Agent

Steve has experience with just about all aspects of construction and insurance restoration. Previously an independent agent, Steve wanted to work more closely with the homeowners on a personal basis of restoring their homes after a catastrophe. His experience and knowledge are a very valuable resource for Epic Remodeling and Restoration. Steve is married with 2 children. Steve and his wife are avid golfers and like to hunt and fish when the opportunities arise
