"In Fall of 2010 we became owners of property in Southwest Denver. Immediately upon the initial purchase of our home we embarked on a full house remodel to update and repair the existing condition of the house and yard. We retained Epic Remodel and Restoration to complete the work we specified. Our project was constructed during the period of November 2010 to Feburary 2011.
During the bidding and construction phases of our project, Epic was consistently professional and responsive. Tim Jennings and other employees continuously sought our input and addressed our concerns throughout the project duration. Our project included a significant owner furnished material. Epic worked with us throughout the project to ensure that the material would be onsite at the correct time and to properly schedule work around the delivery and availability of the material.
Additionally, our remodel project included various trades. Epic was able to effectively manage this multifaceted project and various sub-contractors.Overall Epic administerd a successful and effective project.
